Fed up with limited zooming capabilities (you'll see pixels) in GIMP or Photoshop?
Use a vector drawing tool and your images will always look sharp!

Ever used CorelDRAW! or Adobe Illustrator?
You'll feel immediately at home using InkScape.

Klaas van Gend will showcase a little bit of his work and discuss a few of the tricks he uses to work with InkScape efficiently. He has used InkScape for 5 years to create compelling art for his computer game "The Butterfly Effect", for various invitations, certificates, cards and magazines.
It will quickly become apparent that Klaas is a terrible artist using pencils+paper.
Yet his computer-based work looks remotely decent - so InkScape helps in making things nice.
